All of our brands are covered by an Australian warranty, so if you have any manufacturing faults, defects or issue, we have you covered.

Any product crafted by Fieldpiece, that ceases to function due to defects in craftsmanship or materials will be either replaced or repaired at no additional cost.

However, the manufacturer's 1-Year Warranty does not cover product malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations. Specifically, Recovery Units & Vacuum Pumps are covered by a 12-month Warranty from the date of purchase.

It's important to note that wear & tear items will require replacement over time and are not covered under this warranty; this includes items such as Leads, Sensors, Seals & Gaskets, Oils, Filters, Strainers, Fuses, and Batteries. Fieldpiece Australia extends no other warranties, whether expressed or implied. For warranty claims, products should be returned to the Buyer's original place of purchase.
