The Testo 0636 2135 Thin Humidity Probe is a precision tool for measuring material moisture via equilibrium moisture content. With its ultra-slim 4 mm probe shaft and remote electronics, it’s perfect for use in narrow measuring points, recesses, or bore holes — making it ideal for applications in construction, building diagnostics, and materials testing.
When paired with the Testo 635 temperature and humidity measuring instrument, the probe automatically determines and displays the material moisture based on the equilibrium moisture content. This allows for accurate, non-destructive moisture assessment in materials such as concrete, brick, wood, screed, and particle board.
To ensure measurement accuracy, the probe can be protected from contamination using a PTFE cap, and the bore hole can be sealed easily with modeling clay during measurement. The long-term stable capacitive humidity sensor ensures reliability and accuracy, even after repeated use in demanding conditions.
