    • Dangerous goods incur an additional handling fee to meet Australian freight safety regulations. This fee ensures that your items are shipped safely and in compliance with national standards.

    Shipping Costs, Transit & Handling

    • Orders over $250 AUD: Free shipping where eligible.
    • Orders under $250 AUD: Flat rate $29 (inc GST) (insurance excluded), unless the item falls under bulky/remote or hazardous profiles, in which case we will quote the actual cost.
    • Handling time: 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
    • Transit time: typically 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
    • Order cut-off: 4:00 PM ACST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

    Order Confirmation, Tracking & Carriers

    Address Changes, Cancellations & Backorders

    • Address changes: We cannot change an address once an order is in transit, so please contact us as quickly as possible at sales@advancedtools.com.au or call (03) 9001 6399 if you need to change the address.
    • Cancellations: Allowed at any time before dispatch. If already dispatched, follow our refund policy.
    • Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. You will not be charged until you confirm that you wish to proceed with the order.

    Damaged or Missing Parcels

    • If a parcel is visibly damaged, reject it from the courier and contact customer service.
    • If received damaged without opportunity to reject, email photos to sales@advancedtools.com.au and lodge a return claim via our Returns page.

    Testo High-Precision 100 mm Vane Probe Head Including Temperature Sensor

    The Testo 0635 9370 High-Precision 100 mm Vane Probe Head is a specialized digital sensor designed for high-accuracy air velocity, volume flow, and temperature measurements in cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environments. Detecting even the smallest air velocities from 0.1 m/s, it is ideal for laminar flow testing, ensuring precise monitoring of airflow uniformity and cleanliness in sensitive applications.

    When combined with the universal Bluetooth® or cable handle and, if required, the extendable telescope with a 90° angle adapter (all available separately), this probe head becomes a versatile measurement tool for both duct and ceiling outlet testing.

    The high-precision vane sensor ensures repeatable, standard-compliant measurements, while the integrated NTC temperature sensor allows simultaneous monitoring of temperature and flow conditions.

    Thanks to Testo’s intelligent calibration system, only the probe head needs to be sent for calibration—keeping your main measuring instrument operational and minimizing downtime.

    This modular design is ideal for professionals who already use a Testo universal handle and want to expand their probe portfolio without purchasing a completely new system.
