Orders under $250 AUD: Flat rate $29 (inc GST) (insurance excluded), unless the item falls under bulky/remote or hazardous profiles, in which case we will quote the actual cost.
Handling time: 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit time: typically 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
Order cut-off: 4:00 PM ACST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation, Tracking & Carriers

Address Changes, Cancellations & Backorders

Cancellations: Allowed at any time before dispatch. If already dispatched, follow our refund policy.
Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. You will not be charged until you confirm that you wish to proceed with the order.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is visibly damaged, reject it from the courier and contact customer service.
If received damaged without opportunity to reject, email photos to sales@advancedtools.com.au and lodge a return claim via our Returns page.
