Vanguard G4 PAPR

The Vanguard G4 Powered Air Purifying Respirator is designed for a broad range of industrial applications where reliable respiratory protection, comfort and ease of use are essential. Its intelligent airflow system monitors operating conditions and helps maintain consistent airflow throughout use.

With selectable airflow settings, real-time system monitoring and visual, audible and vibration alarms, the G4 provides the wearer with important information on airflow, battery and filter status. Its lightweight, balanced headtop and high-impact visor make it suitable for extended periods of work.

The Vanguard G4 is suitable for applications including construction, mining, agriculture, painting, welding, grinding, sanding, industrial processing, energy, healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.

Vanguard G5 EX PAPR

The Vanguard G5 EX Powered Air Purifying Respirator takes the Vanguard platform into more demanding hazardous environments. Designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, the G5 EX is ATEX and IECEx certified and is suitable for Groups I, II and III applications, including mining, oil and gas, industrial processing, chemical handling and refineries.

The G5 EX features selectable 170, 190 and 210 L/min airflow rates, automatic airflow compensation and a smart display showing battery level, filter loading and airflow information. Audible, visual and vibration alarms provide additional warning of low airflow, low battery and filter status.

Powered by a 6400 mAh intrinsically safe battery, the G5 EX offers up to 11 hours runtime at 170 L/min. Its robust blower, lightweight headtop and high-impact visor are designed for reliable performance and wearer comfort in demanding environments.

The G5 EX supports P3 particulate filtration as well as A1B1E1K1P3 and A2P3 combined filters, allowing the system to be configured for different workplace hazards where the selected filter is appropriate.
