The Testo 420 Air Flow Hood is a professional, high-precision solution for HVAC volume flow measurement and indoor air balancing. Featuring a removable control panel with a large illuminated display, it enables quick, reliable readings of flow velocity, volume flow, differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity.
Engineered for accuracy and efficiency, the Testo 420 integrates a volume flow straightener that minimizes turbulence and ensures precise airflow measurements even at swirl outlets — delivering reliable results across a wide range from 80 to 3,500 m³/h.
The device’s Bluetooth connectivity and Testo 420 App allow for wireless data viewing, control, and reporting via smartphone or tablet. You can create, save, and email professional measurement protocols directly on-site. With a plug & play PC connection, the stored data can be easily transferred without additional software.
The lightweight 2.9 kg construction and tiltable/removable control panel ensure maximum convenience and portability during field operations, making it ideal for HVAC technicians, facility managers, and commissioning engineers.
