The Testo 0635 9432 Digital Vane Probe (Wired) is designed for precise air velocity, volume flow, and temperature measurements in ventilation systems, cleanrooms, and air outlets. With a large 100 mm vane, this high-accuracy probe ensures reliable results even in turbulent flow conditions.
Ideal for use with Testo multifunction measuring instruments such as the Testo 400, 440, or 480, this probe provides accurate readings for airflows up to 35 m/s and air temperatures up to +70 °C. Its wired connection (1.4 m cable) ensures stable communication in environments where wireless signals may not be permitted.
The intuitive measurement menus make setup and operation effortless — you can easily perform multi-point or timed mean calculations, view live readings, and record min/max values directly on your device. The ergonomic handle button allows you to store readings or control measurement sequences instantly, improving efficiency during testing.
For ceiling or high-level outlets, the probe can be fitted with the extendable 1.0 m telescope and 90° angled adapter, optionally extendable to 2.0 m. When paired with the Testovent 417 funnel set or volume flow straightener, it delivers exceptional accuracy even on swirl or plate outlets.
The intelligent calibration concept reduces downtime — only the probe head needs to be sent for calibration, while the instrument remains operational, ensuring continuous precision performance.
