The Testo 0635 9431 Digital Vane Probe (Bluetooth®) is a professional-grade instrument for accurate air velocity, volume flow, and temperature measurement at air outlets, diffusers, and ventilation grilles. Designed with a large 100 mm vane, it ensures precise averaging over wide airflow surfaces, even in turbulent or unstable flow conditions.
This probe connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® (up to 20 m) to compatible multifunction measuring instruments such as the Testo 400, 440, or 480, providing flexibility and clutter-free operation. The integrated NTC temperature sensor allows simultaneous air temperature readings up to +70 °C for comprehensive environmental diagnostics.
Its intuitive measurement menus make data capture straightforward — easily perform multi-point or timed mean calculations and view live readings, averages, and min/max values directly on your device. A practical button on the handle enables you to store readings or start and stop measurement series on the spot, making workflow fast and efficient.
For overhead or hard-to-reach outlets, the probe can be combined with the extendable 1.0 m telescope and 90° angled adapter (optionally extendable to 2.0 m). Paired with accessories like the Testovent 417 funnel set or volume flow straightener, the probe delivers unmatched precision — even at swirl or plate outlets.
The intelligent calibration concept ensures reliable accuracy over time: only the probe head needs recalibration, while the measuring instrument remains in use, minimizing downtime and cost.
